Take one tablet of Nexium 40 mg everyday morning. Before food Untill the day of placement. You will continue on it for a week after the placement. Then you will shift to Nexium 20 mg.
One tablet 125 mg, 4 hours before placement. Then next day of placement you take one tablet 80 mg at morning time. The day after (third day) you take the third tablet at morning time.
Take two tablets 4 hours before placement.
